President Joe Biden said New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a fellow Democrat, should resign from office following a state attorney general report that alleged he engaged in a pattern of sexual harassment and intimidation that violated state and federal laws. “I think he should resign,” Biden said on Tuesday afternoon during a news conference, adding that “the state legislature may decide to impeach” him.
A number of other New York Democrats, including the state’s congressional delegation, called on Cuomo to step down.
