Biden Unremovable? Dem Insiders Say The Rules Are RIGGED

It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to remove Joe Biden from the ballot, according to an X thread by a far-left Democratic county clerk in Michigan.

Election regulations will make Biden’s removal a nightmare not only in Michigan but in all 50 states, according to Ingham County Clerk Barb Bynum.

“The election administration community is going to have some major concerns with that,” Bynum said in response to those advocating for a change of candidacy in the presidential race.

To be clear, the issues wouldn’t even reach Michigan. She stated that the law mandates sending ballots to military and overseas voters by September 21st, 2024, and making AV ballots available to Michigan voters by September 26th, 2024. “The Democrats are holding their National Convention from August 19–22 and their Michigan State Convention on August 24th.” According to our statute, the state must certify a major party’s presidential and vice presidential candidates within one business day of the party’s national or state convention, whichever comes first.

But as I just mentioned, this is exclusive to Michigan. The speaker continued, “It is necessary to define those dates and conditions 50 times since each state has distinct legislative deadlines for vote access and the distribution of absentee ballots.”

Bynum predicted a flurry of lawsuits following Biden’s dismissal, which may be disastrous for Democrats. Additionally, it would compromise electoral integrity and put the process in danger.

According to what I gather about other states, some may have already passed the deadline, while others may do so in the very near future, as the speaker stated. “It is important to note that if Democrats try to make any changes, you will almost certainly see lawsuits flying quickly and often in any number of states, even if they adhere to the strictures of the law state by state.”

“These cases have the potential to impede and postpone the county and local clerks’ attempts to schedule elections and prepare ballots in that order. That would mean essentially pausing all electoral preparations. That’s not good in terms of elections, Bynum said.

“We must test the electoral apparatus at the time of ballot generation.” The spokeswoman continued, “Delays at any stage of the procedure may impact local clerks’ capacity to fulfill their legally mandated deadlines.”

Bynum believes the disarray will exacerbate Republicans’ mistrust of the electoral process following the highly questionable 2020 presidential election.

Democrats must therefore be aware of the implications of some of the measures being discussed. This may go far beyond the president’s selection and cast a shadow over the election, the speaker added.

Additionally, it would provide ammunition to a candidate who has not refrained from disseminating false information about the veracity of election results, potentially further undermining public confidence in our electoral system. And I’m not going to tolerate it,” Bynum continued.
