The Department of Justice has sued John Bolton in order to halt the production of his book, The Room Where It Happened, claiming that the book contains classified information and was not cleared through the proper process.
The Department of Justice on Tuesday filed a complaint in federal court over former national security adviser John Bolton’s new book about his time in the Trump White House.
The complaint argues that Bolton submitted his book, “The Room Where It Happened,” for publication without first getting permission from the government through the prepublication review process and that the book contains classified information.
The Justice Department wants the court to issue an order to Bolton “to notify his publisher that he was not authorized to disclose ‘The Room Where It Happened’ because he has not completed prepublication review and because it contains classified information” and for his publisher to delay the release of the book. The book is scheduled to hit shelves next week.

Who knows if there is classified information or if he went through the proper protocols of clearing the book before publishing. That does not matter to me. John Bolton has shown himself to be a classless traitor to the President and his supporters. If he had an ounce of dignity, he would’ve testified at the impeachment trial if he thought President Trump was so corrupt.
Farty McSwalwell clearly thinks Bolton is not a man of principle. From the sounds of these tweets, betrayed libs won’t be buying the book. Certainly, very few Trump supporters will be interested in enriching Bolton either.

It sounds like Bolton is making a risky move in publishing a book that allegedly contains classified information. However, I am skeptical that anything truly painful to Bolton will come of it. Heck, Hillary “lock her up” Clinton got away with wiping hard drives and putting classified information on her personal server.

Trump discussed Bolton’s book yesterday and had harsh words. Trump claimed the information in the book is “highly classified.” He also said that Bolton has been known “not to the the truth…a lot.”
We will find out very quickly if the White House is able to stall the release of this book, which is set for next week.
