BREAKING: Supreme Court Decides On DACA And Both Sides Of The Isle Speak Out

The Supreme Court decided on DACA in a 5-4 vote in favor of continuing the program that President Trump’s administration is trying to throw out.

The supreme court stated that they did not believe that Trump followed proper procedures when he issued the executive order to stop DACA.

CNN reports:

“The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked the Trump administration’s attempt to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, an Obama-era program that protects hundreds of thousands of immigrants brought to the US as children from deportation.

The 5-4 ruling was written by Chief Justice John Roberts and joined by Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor.”

The ruling can be read in full here.

This type of decision is important no matter the political climate, but for it to come during this time of political unrest feels politically motivated to me.

Speaking of politically motivated, Justice Roberts is the biggest letdown. At least with liberals, we know where we stand and can prepare to fight against him, but having a wolf in sheep’s clothing like Justice Roberts makes it hard to fight the enemy.

Liberals like Andrew Cuomo and Chuck Schumer are jubilant at the Supreme Courts’ decision. Schumer went as fas as saying that hearing the decision to support the DACA program made him weep.

Obama even joined the celebration tweeting that “Eight years ago this week, we protected young people who were raised as part of our American family from deportation. Today, I’m happy for them, their families, and all of us. We may look different and come from everywhere, but what makes us American are our shared ideals…”

The pontificating is nauseating. This doesn’t help keep immigrants or Americans safe. This is the liberal left’s attempt at trying to usurp President Trump’s authority again. Obama created this program by executive order, and now the Supreme Court says it is illegal that Trump used his EXECUTIVE ORDER privilege to shut it down means that it is a politically motivated decision by the highest judicial office in our country.

That should scare anyone, but once again, it only scares those awake enough to notice. Conservatives have come out in droves to denounce the partisan decision by the Supreme Court.

The loudest voice seems to be coming from Justice Thomas, who said:

“Today’s decision must be recognized for what it is: an effort to avoid a politically controversial but legally correct decision.”

If one of the Supreme Court Justices is calling this decision partisan, then we have to start taking notice. Justice Thomas said that the “justice” that the people who support DACA want must come from the “Legislative Branch” and not the Judicial.

President Trump tweeted, “As President of the United States, I am asking for a legal solution on DACA, not a political one, consistent with the rule of law. The Supreme Court is not willing to give us one, so now we have to start this process all over again.”

As more conservatives join the ranks in expressing their displeasure with the decision, I hope that this will be a wake-up call for lazy conservative voters. This election comes at a tipping point in our country. If we allow the Democrats back into the oval office or to take control of Congress, I believe our country will not survive.
