Social media giant Twitter has been working hard to make sure that nothing derails Joe Biden’s path to the presidency. They have been busy at censoring the New York Post bombshell story regarding Hunter and Joe Biden’s corruption.

Many on Twitter, including Breitbart’s Alex Marlow, point out that Facebook and Twitter’s censorship of this Biden scandal amounts to a campaign contribution. They are 100% correct. The value of this contribution is, truly, incalculable.

Now, according to Breitbart, Twitter shut down the Trump campaign Twitter account (@TeamTrump) since they had the audacity to share the New York Post report.

Mike Hahn, a social media manager for Team Trump, revealed the censorship in a tweet earlier today.

“Twitter has suspended ⁦ TeamTrump for posting a video calling Joe Biden a liar who has been ripping off our country for years, as it relates to the ⁦@nypost ⁩article” said Hahn. He added the suspension comes “19 days out from the election.”

According to the screen Hahn tweeted, the tweet violates the platform’s rules against “posting private information.”

This turn of events is nothing short of Orwellian. This is censorship, pure and simple. We are at a very dangerous time in our nation. Republicans and Democrats alike should stand against this. It might be hurting conservatives and Republicans now, but one day, the tide will turn.

@TeamTrump is now unlocked and they have shared the Biden post again.

Ted Cruz has seen enough. Cruz said, “We’ve seen Twitter and Facebook actively interfering in this election, in a way that has no precedent in the history of our country.”

Cruz noted that the New York Post has the third largest circulation in the nation, so it’s not some rinky-dink paper. Their stories are newsworthy and should be seen.

Ted Cruz and Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee are not messing around. Ted Cruz announced that they will be subpoenaing Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to testify October 23rd.

This issue is incredibly serious and Republicans must not go soft on the tech giants. They need to remove any special immunity that they have, as they are clearly not neutral platforms that simply host content.
