Full Retreat: Biden’s Federal Vaccine Mandate Is Now Suspended, OSHA Announces

Fortunately, Joe Biden and the Democrats are in full retreat regarding the vaccine mandate.

The drug mandate has been widely condemned as unlawful, unsafe, and unwise.

For months, the mandate has caused problems in the economy by forcing federal contractors and private businesses with more than 100 employees to force the drug on employees.

Some Americans have even lost their jobs over the mandate.

The White House is finally conceding it needs to suspend the authoritarian policy.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced that it is suspending the federal vaccine mandate’s enforcement.

Businesses would have incurred significant fines and penalties from the OSHA if they violated the mandate.

“The Biden administration is suspending implementation of the vaccine mandate,” the GOP wrote to Twitter.

Biden is facing an “onslaught of legal challenges, including from the GOP.”

“On Nov. 16, 2021, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced it is suspending all implementation and enforcement efforts related to the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on mandatory COVID-19 vaccination and testing in the workplace. The announcement follows the Nov. 12, 2021 order from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals staying enforcement of the ETS pending a final ruling on its legality.”

“OSHA intends to resume implementation and enforcement of the ETS following litigation, if permitted.”

“This newly stated position immediately impacts employers with 100 or more employees who are not federal contractors or otherwise subject to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ guidance.”

“Such employers can breathe easier, as they are no longer faced with Dec. 5, 2021 and Jan. 4, 2022 compliance deadlines associated with implementing a vaccine mandate or weekly testing program.”

Biden’s federal vaccine mandate has been ripped apart in the courts so far. His own White House Chief of Staff has retweeted a very damaging message on social media.

The courts found that the White House’s own chief of staff had a shady reason for supporting the mandate. This was hidden in a footnote inside the 22-page ruling.

White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain retweeted a message that explains why Biden is forcing employees to get vaccinated.

“OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is an ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations,” Klain retweeted from MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle.

In a bombshell ruling, Judge Kurt Engelhardt said Klain’s retweet was an “endorsement” of the phrase “work-around.”

Engelhardt is one of the three-judge panel on the district court. The vaccine mandate currently faces an emergency temporary stay in a ruling by the Fifth District Court of Appeals.

The drug mandate reportedly has “grave statutory and constitutional” defects.

Here’s the initial tweet that the White House Chief of Staff retweeted:

More from Becker News:

The judge added in the court’s opinion that the public interest is “served by maintaining our constitutional structure and maintaining the liberty of individuals to make intensely personal decisions according to their own convictions.” Engelhardt seemingly added a veiled reference to Klain’s tweet: “Even, or perhaps particularly, when those decisions frustrate government officials.

The federal appeals court on Friday delivered a serious blow to President Biden’s unlawful federal vaccine mandate. The court’s decision to maintain an emergency stay over the objections of the Biden administration was interpreted by legal analysts as ‘national in scope.’

The court ruled against the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and a number of Biden administration officials. The OSHA regulation mandated that workers in all businesses with 100 or more employees be “fully vaccinated or regularly tested for Covid-19 by Jan. 4.”
