Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are catching heat for their post about gratitude shared from their private jet plane, according to Fox News.

Jlo appeared to be sprawled out on a bed inside the jet and their dog can be seen resting next to her.

“Lady is definitely ready for #Thanksgiving! We have so much to be grateful for and are excited to be heading home to spend time with family.”

“What are your holiday plans?”

Some of A-Rod’s fans respond warmly while others expressed opinion not so kindly.

“Hmm let see…stay home lol can’t visit family due to the pandemic.”

“But u guys shouldn’t travel…Biden doesn’t like that.”

“Good for you going against the ridiculous CDC guidelines for Thanksgiving.”

Celebrities Arod and Jlo were reminded not everyone has the funds to travel with such style.

“People are really really struggling. Maybe don’t post your enormous wealth on a private plane with Hermes blankets. Compassion is all you need right now.”

“The cdc said guy shouldn’t travel. Don’t you care about others?”

“People lost their jobs…maybe stop posting your private jet. We get it…You’re rich.”

“Not having anyone over doing our part to not gather with family. Doing our part to try and be the solution not the problem.”

“Must be nice to travel. Most of us don’t have that luxury.”

“Just a touch tone deaf during a global pandemic and 60 million unemployed. But do you boo.”

“Really? The CDC has recommended that no one travel for thanksgiving. And doctors are pleading with us to keep thanksgiving with just our immediate household for one year. I am surprised to see someone with a platform like yours posting this. It is hard for those of us who are sacrificing this year to see this. Sending all love and good health.”

From Fox News:

Others reacted by stressing they were staying home as a means to “help slow the spread of COVID-19.”

The criticized post comes just days after the “On the Floor” singer opened up about the devastating effects of the global health crisis. Lopez, 51, told Spanish-language radio station El Zol 107.9, that she’s had moments where she’s “felt really bad.”

“During this pandemic, I think everybody had a moment when they were depressed or they were scared about what was going to happen,” she said.

Lopez and Rodriguez were in the midst of planning a summer 2020 wedding when the pandemic foiled their plans. The singer shares two twins, Max and Emme, 12, with her ex Marc Anthony. Rodriguez shares two daughters – Natasha, 16, and Ella, 12 – with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis.

Reps for Lopez and Rodriguez did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.
