Kyle Rittenhouse’s Lawyer Plans To Sue Twitter For Violating His First Amendment Rights

Kyle Rittenhouse is currently in the county jail on trumped-up charges in an attempt to make an example of him to show conservatives what happens when you stand up to the terrorists who are trying to take over our country.

Good thing for Kyle Rittenhouse for having one of the best legal teams fighting for him and that includes top lawyer, Lin Wood.

Wood took to his Twitter last night to talk about the funds it takes to fight for Kyle’s defense. He included places where you can donate to help fight for Kyle.

Mysteriously after posting his tweets, Lin Wood’s account was locked out of Twitter. According to the Daily Mail, Lin Woods was locked out of his account for nine hours for violating Twitter’s policy of “glorifying violence.”

After the attorney contacted Twitter and fought their lockdown, Twitter admitted that “his account was mistakenly disabled.”

Now Lin Woods is threatening to sue Twitter’s boss and owner, Jack Dorsey, for violating his First Amendment rights when he locked him out of his account.

Lin Wood Tweeted:

“I was arrested today and confined in Twitter jail falsely accused of glorifying violence. I was exonerated this evening by a finding of ‘incorrectly actioned.’ I am free tonight.

“Kyle Rittenhouse was arrested on 8/26 & is confined in Illinois jail falsely accused of murder. Kyle will be exonerated when the truth is revealed by a finding of ‘incorrectly actioned.’ Kyle will be free soon.”

You can donate to Kyle’s Defense Fund here.

Daily Mail:

“Wood now plans to file a lawsuit against Twitter and its CEO Jack Dorsey.

He told Fox News that his account being blocked was just the latest example of Twitter trying to censor conservatives. “I’m going to take Jack Dorsey’s a** down,” Wood said. “He has been abusing the First Amendment of this country for his own agenda.”

Wood said he knew Twitter would try and censor him and that he had been careful to abide by Twitter’s terms of service.

“I knew they were going to censor me because I’m sending a message of hope,” he said. “I’m sending a message of truth. And I’m sending a message that Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent.”  He said he has been compiling a “mountain of evidence” against the social media giant to prove they are suppressing free speech.

A Twitter spokesperson later said Wood’s account was mistakenly blocked. “This account was incorrectly actioned,” the spokesperson said. “This has been reversed and the account has been reinstated.”

If/When Lin Wood wins his case against Twitter, this could be the next turning point to righting the free speech ship.

Twitter and Facebook are where conservatives and liberals reach the majority of their audience.

We wish there was a viable platform where we could reach the same number of people, but right now there just isn’t. We hope for Parler to keep growing or for another non-biased platform to come forward but, as of today, you are probably reading these words from a social media link.

Conservatives are targeted on these platforms. We are severely restricted and punished for actions that liberals are free to do. If someone like Lin Wood can win a case for First Amendment rights, then our free speech ship still has a chance.

I can feel the enthusiasm for liberty coming back very strong for most Americans. The phony lockdowns with dictators for governors have helped bolster their need for freedom.

It is coming, Jack and Zuckerberg. We’ve complained for years about being censored, and neither of you did anything. In fact, it has gotten worse.

Lin Woods ate CNN for breakfast, and he won’t hesitate when it comes to you either.
