White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany spoke out on Tuesday to say that under a Biden administration, packing the Supreme Court would happen because it’s what the far left of the Democratic Party wants.

During an interview with McEnany, Fox News’s Sandra Smith noted that “squad” members, Democratic Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Ilhan Omar both tweeted “Expand the court,” after Judge Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed to the Supreme Court.

McEnany On If Biden Wins: ‘He Will Pack The Court’

Smith asked McEnany what she believes would happen if Biden and the Democrats prevail in the upcoming election.

McEnany replied, “Joe Biden has become an empty vessel for the radical left as he’s withered away and you heard from his puppeteers last night, AOC and Ilhan Omar, the people who are pulling the strings, calling the shots.”

The press secretary insisted court packing would happen.

“He will pack the court,” McEnany said of a President Biden.

Then she offered her thoughts on why Biden won’t give a clear answer on this issue.

“It’s why he said he can’t share his stance with us because it would make headlines. Yes it would make headlines,” McEnany said.

“Leave it to Joe Biden to try it today,” McEnany said. “You heard from AOC, you heard from Ilhan Omar.”

Majority Of Voters – Including Democrats – Oppose Court Packing

“As reporters were screaming questions at him about packing the court, his handlers pushed the press away because he cannot answer that question because 60% of independent voters are against that according to The New York Times poll,” she added.

McEnany is correct. A New York Times/Sienna college poll released last week showed a majority opposed adding more judges to the Supreme Court and even 58 percent of likely Democratic voters were against court packing.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who has also flirted with court packing, said after Barrett was sworn in Monday that Republicans “have committed an act of supreme desperation by jamming through a Supreme Court justice.”

“All so that they can achieve their years-long campaign to destroy Americans’ health care,” Pelosi added.

Speaker Pelosi is likely to bend to the far left of her party as McEnany believes Joe Biden would.

Trump Demands Biden Produce A List Of Potential Judges

President Donald Trump also said the Democrats would pack the court and called on Biden to make a list of potential judges he would nominate.

“Biden’s Handler’s want to expand the Court,” Trump tweeted. This would be very bad for the USA.”

“On top of that they don’t want to provide a list of who would be chosen for the Court,” he added. “MUST HAVE A LIST OF THESE RADICAL LEFT JUDGES!”

Don’t expect Joe Biden to come up with a judge list or clear answer on packing the courts before election day.

Needless to say, what happens on election day is no light matter.
