After Nancy Pelosi’s Maskless Visit To Her Hair Appointment, She Says the Salon ‘Set Me Up’… ‘Owes Me an Apology’

What a roundabout way to apologize, huh?

Nancy Pelosi received hair services at a San Francisco salon, where she got a blow-out and a wash without wearing a mask… ya know, what she so passionately advocates for.

She wants the salon to apologize to her, while “taking ownership” of her actions by, you guessed it, continuing to pass the blame.

It’s such a stark contradiction in one small sentence. I admittedly had to read it several times over.

Basically, she’s sorry that she trusted the salon? She’s acting like they ripped off her mask and made her look directly into the camera. “LOOK AT THE CAMERA!!! Okay, great, Mrs. Pelosi, right this way for your blow-out.”

Breitbart reported:

On Wednesday, Pelosi addressed the controversy over her Monday salon appointment and accused the salon of setting her up.

“I take responsibility for trusting the word of the neighborhood salon that I’ve been to over the years many times and that when they said, what, we’re able to accommodate people one person at a time, and that we can set up that time, I trusted that,” she said.

“As it turns out, it was a setup,” she concluded. So I take responsibility for falling for a setup.”

The Speaker also said the salon owes her an apology for “setting [me] up”:

I don’t know if I feel worst for the salon owner, or the fact that no amount of time spent in the salon can make Pelosi look like a decent human being. When the heart is ugly, so is everything else.

But what a childish cop-out. The whole ‘they made me do it’ method? Really? Does Nancy Pelosi get her tips from Lori Lightfoot or was this a one-woman act?

Pelosi came under fire after a San Francisco salon owner, who rents out chairs to independent stylists, revealed to Fox News that the Speaker obtained salon services this week, despite local coronavirus restrictions locking down salons.

“I was like, are you kidding me right now? Do I let this happen? What do I do?” salon owner Erica Kious told Fox News upon learning of Pelosi’s request for an appointment.

“It was a slap in the face that she went in, you know, that she feels that she can just go and get her stuff done while no one else can go in, and I can’t work,” the single mom added.

Representative Matt Gaetz shared a tweet that perfectly encompasses our very thoughts:

Whether you’re for or against the mask shenanigans, the hypocrisy from the left is deafening at best.
