Patrice Cullors, co-founder of Black Lives Matter, is a trained and self-proclaimed Marxist. She has amassed an incredible amount of wealth and power from peddling her Marxist ideology, thanks to a capitalist economy and unprecedented personal freedoms in our constitutional republic. Interestingly, in the Marxist society she seeks, she would have been forced to live and die as nothing more than a voiceless peasant working to support the very few wealthy and powerful elite who controlled every aspect of her existence. Oh, the irony.
The people who have supported and followed her have seen very little return on their investment. But again, that’s how it works. An elite few, like Cullors, become extremely wealthy and powerful on the backs of the masses they control.
Cullors faced serious backlash when it was revealed that she’s purchased millions of dollars worth of high-end homes across the country while espousing and preaching Marxist ideology.
Now, in true Marxist elite fashion, she has built a fence. She apparently spent more than $35,000 on a fence and electric gate to secure her $1.4M home in Los Angeles.
A neighbor told the Daily Mail that a subcontractor quoted the entire job as being in the “$35,000 range.”
“It will have an electronic gate at the driveway portion, a walk-up door and call box, and other safety measures, cameras, you know, to keep the riffraff out.”
Wait, I thought walls were racist and didn’t work.
She’s all about defunding and abolishing the police, and even the prison system. But that’s no risk to her when she can just build a $35K fence to protect herself and her property from the criminals that will be emboldened by the lack of police presence or criminal penalties. And if you’re not wealthy enough to likewise protect yourself and your property with a $35K fence once the police are abolished, sucks to be you. The truth is, she doesn’t actually care. She’s just making a lot of money from getting you to believe what she’s preaching.
I wonder how she feels about the border wall. If she’s anything but supportive of protecting and securing our country with a wall, then she’s a vile hypocrite who talks out of both sides of her mouth. Oh, wait…
I really believe that part of the problem we are facing is simple ignorance. Maybe people truly don’t understand what Marxism, Communism, and Socialism actually are in practice. Unfortunately, the people who are trying to sell them on it know exactly what they look like in practice, and they plan to be the wealthy ruling elite. Maybe they’ve never been to a country devastated by such politics. Maybe they’ve never talked to people who have escaped such devastated countries. And that’s a huge problem, because these terrible “isms” sound really appealing in theory.
These impressionable people who have never seen it in person think it means elevating everyone to a higher equal standard. They don’t realize that in practice it means chopping off everyone’s legs to a lower equal standard, while elevating a select few to incredible wealth and power using the pieces chopped off of everyone else.
People who have actually fled Communism and Socialism are terrified of how complacent Americans are with the preaching and championing of such ideologies.
I only hope that there’s time to open people’s eyes to this reality before people voluntarily surrender our country to these damaging and enslaving ideologies.
