Trans Illegal Attacks 14yo In Bathroom – Guess His Punishment

A 14-year-old boy walked into a bodega bathroom in East Harlem. He walked out having been raped by a 31-year-old illegal alien from Colombia — a biological male who dresses as a woman and who never should have been in this country in the first place.

And the punishment? Six months. Already served. The man who did this could walk free on April 27.

Let that sink in for a second. Actually, don’t. Get angry instead.

The Crime New York Doesn’t Want to Talk About

Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez — a name that should be on every news chyron in America — pleaded guilty Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court to second-degree rape. He followed the teenage victim into the restroom of a bodega across the street from Thomas Jefferson Park, and he attacked him.

The boy managed to escape, flagged down bystanders, and police were called. Contreras-Suarez was arrested the next day. So far, so good, right? Justice working as intended?

Not in New York City it isn’t.

The “Deal” That Should Make Your Blood Boil

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office — the same crew that treats bodega workers who defend themselves like war criminals — cut Contreras-Suarez a plea deal so sweet it belongs on the dessert menu at a steakhouse. Six months in jail. That’s it. And since he’s already been sitting at Rikers while awaiting trial, he’s technically done. Paid in full. Thanks for coming.

A spokesperson for the DA’s office said the resolution was reached “in close consultation with the victim’s family” to spare the teenager from testifying at a grand jury or trial.

The office added:

“We expect the defendant to remain detained and be deported following sentencing, due to the felony conviction.”

“We expect.” That’s doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence. You know what I expect? I expect the justice system to protect children. Funny how those expectations keep getting missed.

A Trail of Red Flags Ignored at Every Turn

Here’s where the story goes from infuriating to criminally negligent — on the part of our own government. Contreras-Suarez illegally entered the United States in March 2023 and was released into the country by Customs and Border Protection. Just waved right through like a VIP at a nightclub with no bouncer.

He then popped up in Massachusetts, where he racked up warrants for armed robbery, prostitution, and assault with a dangerous weapon. Three serious offenses. Three chances to stop what came next. But Massachusetts — another sanctuary paradise — released him. Because apparently, protecting an illegal alien’s feelings matters more than protecting an American kid’s safety.

Then he landed in New York and did the unthinkable.

Then-DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin didn’t mince words last summer:

“This creep should’ve never been released into our country. Thanks to the failed sanctuary policies and Biden’s open-border agenda, this serial criminal was freed to prey on innocent American children – but that ends now. ICE will not allow predators like Contreras-Suarez to terrorize American citizens.”

She was right then, and the words hit even harder now.

Sanctuary Cities Aren’t Protecting Anyone Worth Protecting

This is the machinery working exactly as designed — just not for the people it’s supposed to serve. A man enters the country illegally, commits violent crimes in one state, gets released, moves to another state, rapes a child, and gets a plea deal that amounts to a parking ticket with extra paperwork.

Trump didn’t tiptoe around this issue — he brought a bulldozer. The open border was always going to produce stories like this. Every single “compassionate” policy that let Contreras-Suarez slip through another crack was a choice. And that 14-year-old boy paid for every single one of those choices.

ICE has a detainer in place. The sentencing date is April 27. If the system works the way it should, Contreras-Suarez gets deported and never sees American soil again.

But if the system worked the way it should, a 14-year-old boy would’ve never been raped in a bodega bathroom in the first place.
