Better Than NRA: New Group Issues Promise To Gun Owners

The National Assc. for Gun Rights said in a statement on April 11, 2024, that it was against the “Engaged in Business” final rule, which Attorney General Merrick Garland had finally approved.

The 466-page rule broadens the definition of what constitutes a gun dealer. It will become operational thirty days after it is published in the Federal Register.

All weapons transfers must include firearms dealers submitting ATF Form 4473.

According to Dudley Brown, president of the National Association for Gun Rights, “this rule will criminalize nearly all private sales of weapons between individuals.” “And the ATF is willing to use absurdly excessive force – including death – to punish violators, as we saw in the Bryan Malinowski case in Little Rock.”

In Bryan Malinowski’s case, ten cars with federal agents arrived at his residence on March 19 before the sun rose in order to carry out a search warrant. Malinowski was allegedly dealing in firearms without a license.

A Federal Firearms License is required. Agents with automatic rifles and combat gear positioned themselves in front of Malinowski’s door, covering the camera lens with tape, as seen on video from the doorbell camera.

Eventually, after breaking into his house, they shot Malinowksi dead.

“At this point, there is no publicly available documentation proving whether agents knocked on the door or proclaimed their presence, sufficiently identifying themselves,” family attorney Bud Cummins stated.

“This rule moves us closer to Biden’s ambition of having the ATF’s jackbooted goons enforce universal gun registration,” said Brown.

The recent gun restriction initiatives by the Biden administration are part of a larger scheme to undermine the Second Amendment. Because it is unable to get them passed by Congress, the Biden administration will have to implement gun control laws using the ATF bureaucracy.

We are no longer dealing with misguided people trying to enact gun control legislation. We are dealing with small-time despots who are prepared to use force to impose their anti-gun beliefs on the public.

That is why we have to put an end to their evil schemes.
