Biden Issues Jaw-Dropping Trump Insult

The US’s economic rivalry with China was one of the topics on which then-President Donald Trump obsessively focused. In fact, Trump was so concerned about it that his remark about “Chynah” went viral online.

However, Joe Biden, the current president, does not seem to remember any of that.

According to The Hill, Biden appears to believe that Trump never even “occurred” to be harsh on China:

In order to strengthen rivalry with China, the president added, “I have advanced technologies that are not transferable to China in order to safeguard U.S. national security. He has also revived relationships in the Pacific with nations like India, Australia, South Korea, and the Philippines.” “My predecessor never thought to do any of it, even with all this severe language about China,” Biden stated. “In the end, I want fair competition with China, not conflict. Because we are investing in America and American workers again, we are in a stronger position to win the economic competition of the twenty-first century versus China or anyone else,” he continued. Additionally, the president contended that the claims made by Republicans and Trump that China is a developing nation are false. He stated, “Trump just does not grasp it.”

Actually, Trump’s attacks on China were so severe that the left became alarmed several times, claiming that his imposition of tariffs would harm the US economy. When he first arrived at work, it was among his first activities.

China was the first to react to Trump’s trade war, with President Xi Jinping publicly announcing that his country was prepared to reduce trade barriers and defend intellectual property rights for US importers. They would even negotiate a price for imported cars.

Trump was so harsh on China that he threatened to permanently shut off U.S. funding to the World Health Organization unless they severed their connections to Beijing. Biden later overturned this threat.

Trump had announced ambitions to finish China during his second term, close to the end of his first. These plans involved cutting off all federal contracts to corporations that outsource labor to China and creating a big disconnect with China by offering fiscal incentives for enterprises to leave the country. In general, he intended to bring one million jobs back from China to the United States.

Again, Biden is completely wrong. I am not sure if he is remembering something or if he is lying, both possibilities are equally plausible.

What I do know is that Biden’s posture toward China has gone from being largely positive to utterly negative. Mike Miller reported in January that the Biden administration failed to monitor the amount of farmland China was acquiring domestically.

According to a US Government Accountability Office (GAO) inquiry, the Biden administration is not only not keeping adequate track of such ownership, but it does not even seem to have a plan to start tracking that data. Furthermore, as mandated by the 1978 Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act (AFIDA), the Department of Agriculture (USDA) has not routinely provided timely statistics on foreign investments in U.S. agricultural land, according to a GAO investigation.”

Despite the fact that food security is a significant aspect of national security, the Biden administration does not seem to be very worried, which is concerning.

Maybe he could truly learn from Trump’s actions and observe what he was doing.
