Civil War Hints – Biden In Power Struggle With Texas

The Defense Department requested in March that Congress overturn an existing rule requiring governors to approve changes to National Guard troops, in yet another attempt by the Biden Administration to seize authority. The idea would grant the Defense Department the unilateral authority to move units to the Space Force in the event that they were preparing for an extraterrestrial invasion or other emergency.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R), who has long been a source of frustration for Biden regarding the issue of illegal immigration—the president refuses to defend our borders, while the Republican governor takes the invasion of the border seriously—is retaliating, noting in a letter to the White House that the action would break long-standing precedent.

Abbott replied on May 3rd, saying, “I strongly oppose any attempt to sideline governors when it comes to their own National Guards, even if the Texas Air National Guard does not have these sorts of tasks.” “For a long time, Congress has mandated a governor’s approval before transferring forces from the National Guard he oversees.”

Abbott contended that the plan amounted to a “power grab” and would create a risky precedent.

Legislative Proposal 480 would create a risky precedent by breaking from this rational system and enabling the Secretaries to disband National Guard units at will. It is imperative that Texas National Guard members be prepared to tackle natural calamities, social unrest, and cartel activities that jeopardize our way of life, said Abbott. “It appears that every state, territory, and commonwealth governor in the country despises the idea. A majority of them—including the left-leaning governor of California, Gavin Newsom—signed a letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on April 29 stating their “strong opposition” to the change, claiming that it “undermines over 100 years of precedent as well as national security and military readiness.” Interestingly absent were Governors Greg Abbott of Florida and Ron DeSantis of Florida; however, both have since replied, albeit independently.

Why Biden Inc. would want to assign National Guard forces to the Space Force is a matter for conjecture, but it appears more than coincidence that since 2021, more than a dozen Republican governors have dispatched state National Guard soldiers to assist in managing the catastrophic Biden border. Well.

Moving those employees into the Space Force and barring them from assisting at the border is one easy way for Biden to put an end to that upstaging and disgrace.

In reality, Biden—or whoever is in charge of him—is the one who has weaponized the Justice Department, disregarded the Supreme Court, and made overbearing decisions like this one that smack of an attempt to give the federal government more and more power at the expense of the states and their citizens, despite the media and irrational progressives’ constant claims that Trump would be the next Hitler if reelected.

In this presidential contest, Joe Biden is unquestionably a wannabe despot.
