On Monday, the day before former President Donald Trump’s planned arraignment, YouTube barred Right Side Broadcasting Network’s (RSBN) account for a week.
The network stated in a press statement that it intended to cover Trump’s arraignment in Manhattan, but YouTube chose to suspend the channel, preventing it from live-streaming for seven days.
“On Monday, RSBN received notification from YouTube that several videos had been removed due to content that violated their “elections misinformation” policies. These involve President Trump’s recently held rally in Waco, Texas, his comments at CPAC, and our exclusive Mar-a-Lago sit-down conversation.”
YouTube appears to have given the network a “strike” for claimed breaches such as “claiming the 2020 United States Presidential election, as well as the 2022 Brazil Presidential election, was stolen.”
However, Breitbart News is showcasing RSBN’s live footage, which connects to Facebook and shows throngs gathered in Manhattan ahead of the arraignment, which is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
The Democratic DA of New York, Alvin Bragg, charged Trump on Thursday, but the accusations against him haven’t yet been made public, according to Breitbart News on Saturday.
“Bragg is anticipated to argue that Trump’s reimbursement to his then-lawyer Michael Cohen in October 2016 for “hush money” to porn star Stormy Daniels was a state crime of falsifying company documents, which would make it at most a misdemeanor.” Bragg is anticipated to attempt to elevate that to a felony by claiming it was done deliberately to conceal another crime, which he will most likely contend is the federal campaign finance crime of failing to disclose the payment as a campaign expense.”
Meanwhile, in a press statement, RSBN stated that “YouTube’s Orwellian censorship tactics have come back just one day before President Trump is arraigned in an appalling weaponization of the judicial system.”
“Rather than permitting RSBN to present a counter-argument to the mainstream media’s account of the arraignment, they’re merely blocking our efforts,” the network said, before accusing YouTube of “leaving millions of Americans silenced in the midst of tyranny.”
According to a Morning Consult poll released Monday, Trump’s favorability has improved in the last week.
According to Breitbart News, “the poll showed Trump leading the potential Republican presidential primary field in 2024 in terms of favorability, as 77 percent have a positive opinion of the former president.”
